Peggy Anderson is a photographer based between New York, Sweden and currently living in Paris. She graduated from The International Center of Photography (ICP in New York) one-year General Studies in Photography certificate program in 2013. Since then she has been pursuing various personal photography projects. Her signature project, ‘The Morning Dip”, was first exhibited in Hostsalongen 2015 at Fotografiska in Stockholm .This is an on-going portrait series of Swedes on the west coast of Sweden wearing bathrobes after their morning swim. After 5 more years of photographing for the project, her book “The Morning Dip” will be published with Kehrer Verlag in spring 2020.
Peggy’s work often embraces ritual and typology. While not necessarily a portrait photographer, she finds herself drawn to photographing people both for the challenge and interaction.
